	Does vSNAX cost money to download on my iPhone?
	No, vSNAX is entirely free to download and use.
	What should I do if vSNAX crashes?
	First we recommend restarting your iPhone by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off. To turn it back on, press and hold the sleep/wake until the Apple logo appears. Hopefully this will solve your issue, but if it does not we hope the upcoming iPhone app software release will fix this. For more info visit appleinsider.com.
	How do I adjust the volume while watching a video?
	Touch the screen while and the volume bar will appear. However, there is a known issue for controlling the volume. We are working on a solution, but in the mean time, you can try touching the screen a millimeter or two above the volume bar.
	How do I download the vSNAX iPhone or iPod touch app?
	vSNAX can be downloaded for free from the iTunes® App Store on a computer, or wirelessly through the iPhone App Store. Visit the App Store to download vSNAX Videos by searching "vSNAX" in the search field or by viewing applications in the Entertainment section.
	Does vSNAX work on 3G iPhones?
	Yes, vSNAX works on 3G iPhones.
	Does vSNAX work on Wifi?
	Yes. vSNAX works on WiFi. However, due to limitations in the iPhone and iPod touch, we recommend either activating A/B/G compatibility mode or using an A/B/G WiFi device.
	Does vSNAX work on older iPhones?
	Yes, but vSNAX Videos requires the OS X iPhone 2.0 software, which will be pre-loaded on all iPhone 3Gs and available as a free download for current iPhone customers.
	Does vSNAX work on the iPod touch?
	Yes, vSNAX works on the iPod touch, but you have to be in WiFi mode.
	Is the vSNAX iPhone App different for the iPhone than the iPod touch?
	No, the applications are entirely the same. Although you can only use vSNAX on the iPod touch when connected to WiFi. vSNAX on the iPhone will play in both Edge, 3G and WiFi.
	How do you play a video clip?
	To play a video, simply touch the thumbnail and begin watching.
	What’s the clip browser?
	The clip browser is a mobile video viewing breakthrough created for the iPhone to allow vSNAX users to continue to watch their video clip while simultaneously swiping through thumbnails to pick their next selection. Use the clip browser to select a new clip within a channel or to switch channels.
	How do you find the clip browser?
	To access the clip browser simply tap the screen once while watching a video and then tap the Clip Browser button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
	How do I change channels while watching a video clip?
	Access the clip browser and then simply swipe up and down or left and right to switch channels. The current channel you are on will be highlighted in orange. You can also touch the different channel names on the left portion of the screen to jump to another channel immediately.
	How do I change channels from the Daily SNAX screen?
	To switch channels simply tap the left or right arrow at the top of the page, or simply swipe left or right on the screen.
	How often does vSNAX get new video clips?
	vSNAX is refreshed throughout the day to offer the latest celebrity gossip, TV show highlights, breaking news, national weather forecasts, fashion, and comedy clips.
	Do you have the rights to show the content?
	Yes, all of our content is licensed from our professional content partners.
	How do you get app upgrades?
	After a quick and simple user confirmation, upgrades will automatically download through the iTunes App Store.
	How do you share clips via email?
	Simply tap on the Share button and then add email addresses from your contact list to share video clips quickly and easily with friends.
	How do you add clips to your favorites?
	Simply tap on the Add to Favorites button to add the selected clip. You can view videos in your favorites list by selecting the Favorites tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
	How do you edit your favorites?
	Tap on the Favorites button on the tab bar at the bottom of the screen. Tap on the edit button at the top right corner of the screen.
	What type of video clips are on vSNAX?
	Some of the over 20 media partners include AccuWeather.com, CBS, Ford Models, Ripe TV, Spike, Style Network and VH1.
